Community Service Fall 2017 Reporting:

President’s Volunteer Service Award (100+ hours within any 12 month period): Deadline: SENIORS: Sept. 8th  All other grades:  Sept. 22nd

Transcript reporting is for seniors only: Deadline Sept. 8th

To get your community service hours on your transcript, you must have completed 100+ hours of community service from 9th grade to current date.

Follow these instructions to request and report your community service hours.

Step 1: Fill out the following Google form per your class:

Step 2:  Record your hours on our new Helper Helper volunteer app and/or website.  See instructions how to set up your account:

This year, we'll be using Helper Helper to coordinate and track the community service Palo Alto students complete. 

You should have received an email with detailed log in information:  Please download Helper Helper from the app store or google play or use https://app.helperhelper.com today! Use your school email address (first initial of first name, first initial of last name, and last 5 of your student id at pausd.us) and password (the last 5 of your student ID) to login.  Once you login you can start adding the community service you've done!  Validation happens right in the app and you'll be able to see the amount of hours your contributed right from your phone.  Feel free to email Karla Larson (klarson@pausd.org) with questions.
